Smart4ce Privacy Policy

Automodo LLC d/b/a Smart4ce (“Smart4ce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an automotive recruiting firm based in California. Dealerships engage us to help fill roles. This policy explains what personal information we collect on smart4ce.com, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

You may use that email address or telephone number for general questions, privacy requests, candidate questions, unsubscribe requests, and accessibility help.

2. Who this policy covers

This policy covers visitors to our website, people who contact us, and contacts at dealerships that work with us. The production Site is not currently accepting résumés or candidate profiles. If candidate intake reopens, we will provide a Candidate Notice and authorization terms before collecting candidate information through the Site.

3. Information we collect through the Site

• Website and security information: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, date and time, and security events contained in ordinary hosting and server logs.
• Contact inquiries: name, email address, optional phone number, optional company or dealership, the reason for contacting us, and the content of the message.
• Dealership role requests: business contact details, dealership name, the role to be filled, and typed or pasted details about the hiring need.

The Site does not currently provide a résumé upload, candidate intake form, public email-subscription form, or text-message enrollment.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account information, passwords, medical information, criminal-history information, or current or past pay through the Site.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

4. How we use information

• To operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Site.
• To respond to questions and requests.
• To understand and respond to a dealership’s hiring need.
• To process privacy, unsubscribe, and accessibility requests.
• To meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect rights and safety.

Submitting a contact or dealership form does not sign you up for marketing.

5. How we share information

We may share information with companies that provide essential website hosting, security, email, and technical services to us, only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, property, or safety. If Smart4ce is involved in a merger, sale, or similar transaction, information may transfer to a successor subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses only essential first-party technologies needed to deliver pages, protect forms, maintain security, and operate WordPress and our hosting environment. We do not use Google Analytics, legacy Universal Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, advertising pixels, session replay, chat widgets, third-party CAPTCHA, embedded maps, embedded video, outside font services, or social feeds on page load.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking an essential cookie may affect Site or form operation.

Because the Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools, it does not currently offer a separate sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out control. If our practices change, we will update this policy before activating a new technology.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and preserve information subject to a legal hold. Retention may vary by record type and the system in which it is held.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask a question, request correction of information you provided, ask us to address a privacy concern, request accessibility help, or submit an unsubscribe request by emailing business@smart4ce.com, calling 866-528-3014, or writing to the address in Section 1. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

The Site does not currently enroll visitors in marketing email or text messages. If we offer an email subscription later, it will use a separate choice and confirmation process. We do not currently offer marketing-text enrollment through the Site.

9. California residents

California privacy rights vary depending on the law that applies and the type of information involved. California residents may contact us using the channels in Section 1 to ask about their personal information or request assistance. We will review and respond to a request as required by applicable law.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect the information we handle. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Links and third-party content

The Site may display ordinary links to other companies’ websites. A third party receives a request only if you choose to follow its link. The third party’s own terms and privacy practices apply after you leave our Site.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how the Site handles information, we will place a notice on the Site before or when the change takes effect.
